Welcome to WeVe ("App"), operated by NEXED Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least:
- 13 years old, or
- The minimum age required in your country.
If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or legal guardian permission.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
2. Accounts
You may need to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Accept responsibility for activity under your account
3. Description of the Service
The App allows users to:
- Create and join private groups
- Upload and collaboratively edit media
- Use AI-powered editing tools
- Purchase subscriptions
- Share exported media outside the App
We may modify or discontinue features.
4. User Content
4.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of content you upload.
4.2 License to Operate the Service
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, modify, and display your content solely for operating and improving the App.
We do not sell your private content.
4.3 AI Processing Disclosure
Content may be processed by automated systems for:
- Synchronization
- Highlight detection
- Editing
- Organization
AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing content before sharing.
5. Group Collaboration
When you join a group:
- Other members may view and edit shared content
- Content may remain visible to the group after you leave
Group creators control membership and permissions.
6. Prohibited Content
You may not upload content that:
- Violates copyright or intellectual property rights
- Is illegal, abusive, or harmful
- Contains malware
- Violates applicable laws
We may remove content or suspend accounts.
7. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Certain features require payment.
If you purchase a subscription through Apple App Store:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged within 24 hours prior to renewal
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
- No refunds are provided except as required by Apple's policies
Google Play purchases follow Google's billing policies.
8. Intellectual Property
All App software, trademarks, branding, and design are owned by the Company.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer
- Modify
- Copy
- Distribute
without permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violations of these Terms
- Harmful conduct
- Legal compliance requirements
You may delete your account at any time.
10. Privacy
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We use reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact:

12. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is."
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted availability
- Error-free AI results
- Compatibility with all devices
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

We may update these Terms.
Continued use after updates means acceptance.
